DELIVERY POLICY
We currently deliver to Fort Mill, SC and limited zip codes throughout Charlotte, NC. We're a very small team and our initial delivery radius is determined from our current location, however we hope to expand throughout Charlotte very soon. Every order is delivered free for next day delivery between the hours of 9AM—6PM EST. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and we are unable to make multiple delivery attempts. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery we will place your order in a safe, discreet area and notify you by email.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your flowers! While we cannot guarantee specific flower designs, flower types or flower colors, we do want to make sure you are happy with your Boukai and your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. The photos shown on each product description are for reference only, as the specific stems featured change on a daily basis. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us at hello@boukaiflowers.com so we can make it right.
PAYMENT METHOD
Our goal is to streamline the flower-buying process which is why we've created a simple, easy-to-shop online store. We accept all major credit cards during our checkout process. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or check payments.
